Stark Production - Royalty free music license

Stark Production offers a wide range of various styles of music from Jazz through Rock, Pop Electronic music and many others.

My music is royalty free (SACEM, SDRM, SCCP, SESAM, ASCAP, BMI, GMA, PRS...) being not affiliated to these organizations they cannot request you to pay any royalty for using the selected music.

The invoice granting you the license for each purchase represents the documentary evidence.

The license is granted to a single project.

You are authorized to split the music, add sounds, voices, to adapt the music to your project.

However you have not the right to claim the music creation neither to resell it even if you add songs or instruments (my music is not designed for musical production, including the jingles).

The copyrights and rights attached are the property of Stark Production.

All music from my music library used for any production must be subordinated to the mention of the name “Stark Production” as per the terms of the Intellectual Property Rights Code.

The Stark Production license is a non-exclusive license with no time limit except for websites and telephone waiting which in that case it has a 2-year time limit as from the purchase date.

This license gives you the full right to use my music as you wish, worldwide, for any kind of project on all supports whatever the distribution channels.

This license is governed by the French Law.

The custom-made sound design offer is for clients having a specific musical project (telephone waiting, jingles, musical cradle, electronic communication and information terminals, websites sound design, musical creation...)

So, several parameters often have to be considered. I will send you a quote after having defined with you the contents of your project. (e.g. Voice-off recording, sound design, duration timing, arrangements complexity, sound mixing, sound montage)
